In reply to the discussion: Hillary Clinton's candid review of Bernie Sanders... [View all]Rilgin
(795 posts)This is my first post in years. I used to love this site. I still read but no longer post because every day there are posts like this one where you have 400 (at this time) or more posts by the exact same names every day bashing Bernie and his supporters while claiming that the reason is that Bernie supporters constantly bash. All you have to do is read the accusations of the replies in this thread to see what happens here on a daily basis to no good result. And certainly other candidates get posts against them but rarely is it with such a sense of hypocrisy where you have a constant every day attack on every aspect and every public appearance or utterance of a candidate or a supporter of that candidate as proof that that candidate should not be supported because they bash others.
The constancy of the attacks prolongs divisions in the party, reinforces the sense of justified indignation on the part of the posters on this thread and alienation of the people who identify with the target of all the negative attacks on this Thread.
And know the same will occur tomorrow and the next day and the choir will chime in like clockwork adding additional bashes against
Bernie and his supporters while pretending it is newly discovered thought that they do not support Bernie. And any thread started becomes invaded by the outright bashers of Bernie and his supporters who later ignore their own bashing to concentrate on others. And yes it occurs with other candidates and threads but this particular original poster posted this explicitly so the usual choir can chime in.
Notice that in this response I have not mentioned any other present or past candidates but have limited it to this thread itself and the fact that every single time I have looked at this site or any other political site, I see the same names (or names on that site) derailing every thread with massive hypocrisy. I have my opinions of the candidates but will not impose my opinions as facts or bash someone else for supporting their own. I wish posters could just support their candidate and not make others alienated for supporting theirs. I find it sad.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
