The DNC is an impotent, toothless organization that couldn't sabotage a campaign to save their lives.

The emails they are referring to, provided by Vladimir Putin, showed DNC officials anticipating that HRC would be the presumptive nominee based on what the voters had chosen to do at the polls. The spin that they showed a conspiracy is exactly the kind of bad behavior that Hillary was talking about.

Hillary rallied her troops around Obama, and his candidacy, in the run up to the convention and during it. Bernie stayed in the race for a month after the voting ended, and his delegates were demanding that he be given the nominee, over the will of the voters, at the convention. They even disrupted convention speeches with their chanting, including repeated attempts to upstage Hillary.

They simply refused to accept the legitimacy of their defeat, and to this day continue to do so.
