Focusing like a laser beam on Trump.
Every ad, every speech.... the candidates should be attacking Trump. That's how we win.
ALL of our candidates are close on all the big issues... they all want to expand healthcare coverage, they all want to tax the rich, they all want worker protections, higher minimum wage, and no more kids in cages. They all will appoint sane liberal judges.
The differences between our left-most candidates and our right-most candidates is miniscule compared to the difference between our candidates and Trump.
Bloomberg gets that the focus needs to be on Trump. Whittle away his support in the middle... make them embarrassed to vote for Trump.
Everybody left of center who votes is already againat Trump. Elections are won by the side that captures the middle.
I think Bloomberg would not even be in the top 4 among our candidates as far as who would make the best President.
But his team makes the best ads, and has the bullseye in the right place.
The majority of Americans don't want a "revolution"... they just want Trump gone. That's the ethos of this election season.
If I were to vote in a presidentialprimary today, I would vote for: Undecided
