(32,640 posts)So you agree that demands that she should SHUT UP and go away are ridiculous?
And more than a little sexist with the "she should take up knitting" type insults, because women past their appeal to young white men are supposed to disappear.
Nevertheless she persists, and speaks truth to power. Candidates running for POTUS shouldn't expect their colleagues, former and current, to be restricted to speaking only that which flatters them. If a candidate can't survive honest reports of their relevant personal working style, they really shouldn't be running.
She was selected most admired woman in the world for 20 years running, has led an amazing life, with a unique and valuable first hand perspective on a historic stolen election, and journalists and historians want to interview her.
That really piques some men, apparently.
The OUTRAGE that she talks about her time in the Senate, and about her 2016 campaign opponent is really ironic considering that her opponent became part of the 1% off writing and selling a book about the 2016 campaign in which he complained about her.
But maybe you can tell me how many of Sanders' Senate colleagues have rushed to his defense to say what HRC said in that interview is wrong.
Perhaps it's Bernie that needs those advisors...
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
