I still cringe.
Anyone who would even jokingly use a line that implies that another is a liar or "dog faced" (however I do lubs ze doggies), especially when the person is a young woman, has some judgement issues.
Biden needs to use primary sources for his offhand remarks and also, please stick to movies that younger people will understand without having to Google.
