Democratic Primaries
In reply to the discussion: Damn it all! [View all]Wrz
(35 posts)80. Absolutely
Absolutely. I'm hard left as it gets. Like even more left than Sanders on some things. But I'll vote Blue in November even if it's someone like Bloomberg which I classify as center to center-right on the spectrum as any of them are miles better than the traitor in chief.
The big thing to be aware of is the Supreme Court. Even the least progressive Democrat could be depended upon to appoint a decent justice.
One difference though, if it's someone like Bloomberg I won't be donating money. Since he has plenty of his own. I'd only donate to those that are funded by way of grassroots organization like Sanders or Yang.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

In the age of Trump, only a felony conviction should disqualify a Democrat from consideration

I have. Being anti-wealth tax isn't progressive. He doesn't admit THAT, but I'll still vote for him.

Just as important, we have to win the Senate. It doesn't really help us that much to

Because if they fail to secure the nomination IT DOES NOT MATTER of they are "better"...

I would also. Furthermore I would defend that choice against those on the left who might attack him

I'll vote for whoever has a D in front of their name on the GE ballot. Even Sanders.

Yet BB, it does matter who wins. Better the highest in matchups in Nov.

I'll ultimately vote for the nominee but you can't expect us to just swallow what he said.
