(210 posts)After two states you want her to drop out? You know this is a CLASSIC example of why states like my, IN, get SCREWED by this primary system. Sometimes by the time we get to vote, the candidate we really like has already dropped out because of the "Iowa," "New Hampshire," and "Super Tuesday" turnouts! There should be a national primary day, winner takes all.
For the record, while the rest of my family and many of my friends may have Mayor Pete as their first choice, he isn't mine and I would really like the opportunity to vote mine.
Finally, my disclaimer, I will do in this election as I did in 2016 for this election, when I did vote for Bernie in the primary and backed Hillary to the end once she was the nominee. While I will not vote for in the 2020 primary for Bernie, if he gets the nomination I will enthusiastically support and vote for them.
I urge everyone to do this same. Vote for who you love in the primary (or who you dislike least..don't care) but for all that's dear vote Democratic straight ticket in the election. Do not sit home and do not vote 3rd party.
