Maybe not as high as Denmark, but they have few national resources.
Our top tax rate was 93% at one time.

You know the 50's when CEO's made 6 times as much as the workers, the wife didn't have to work, and we built the freeway system.
And yes, we did have a little problem or two with keepin' the brothers down, but the 60's started that to change. At least a little.
