The 15% level is a big deal in terms of tamping down Sanders in term of racking up huge percentages of delegates. At this point I think it is all about keeping Bernie under the 1990 (I put the cut off at 1600 or so, as over that he is too high to deny). IF Klobuchar is staying in to block Bernie from taking ALL the delegates, or near all, in Minnesota, then that is fine.
