How is it different from Warren Buffett? He too salivates at crashes because it allows him to buy things on sale.

He reportedly has tens of billions of dollars sitting on the sidelines waiting for the next market crash... that doesn’t mean that we blame him when it happens and he takes advantage of it.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
