Democratic Primaries

(349 posts)This is an exhausting statement. She has just as much of a path as the person you support (Klobuchar). The problem is that Americans have this overwhelming desire or need to be on the "perceived" winning team that they will abandon their own common sense in order to feed that need. I've never understood that need in my political life. I studied it through grad school and worked against it during my 20+ year career in the political arena. It's exhausting. People always say, "I love candidate x, but she/he can't win so I will vote for candidate y." What people do not realize is that if they didn't bail on candidate x in the first place she/he would freaking win and would have a path to the nomination. It's the most frustrating and crazy thing about American politics. You don't always have to vote for the perceived winner.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
