Democratic Primaries
In reply to the discussion: Sanders should drop before the party is irreparably harmed [View all]democrattotheend
(12,011 posts)73. I'd like the chance to vote, please
My state doesn't vote until late April and I would like the chance to have a say. And I think calls for Bernie to drop out are pretty ironic coming from supporters of a candidate who was left for dead less than a week ago. How about we let everyone vote unless someone gets to 1990. I wasn't planning on supporting Bernie this year, but if Warren drops out I just might. And posts like this are making me more inclined to do so.
That said, if neither gets to 1990 but Biden has a plurality, I hope Bernie will stand by what he said at the last debate and step aside.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided

Why would Sanders care if the Democratic Party is irreparably harmed? Seriously.

Can someone point us to an example of Sanders caring if the Dem Party is irreparably harmed?

He doesn't care if he destroys our party, that is what he wants to do.

If Biden wins the nomination I'll vote for him because I have to not because I want to.
