I use healthcare.gov each year to renew, check plans. all trump 'did' was shorten renewal time and remove the mandate people must have insurance. funny though the fine is still on the irs form.
I wouldn't believe anything trump says, some states have recently opened enrollment through healthcare.gov, worth checking there if anyones lost their job or lost employer insurance. That's called a 'life change' and can sign up anytime.
