Millennial for me (and a lot of others) means born 1981 to 1995 or 1996 (I prefer 1995 because that is a 15 year span)

I have seen it taken up to being born in 2000, even 2005 but that makes little sense to me.

Buttigieg was 16, 17, and 18 from January 1, 1999 to January 1, 2001. That certainly makes him still in his formulative years during the actual millennium flip (whether you think that happened Jan 1, 2000 or, like I do, January 1, 2001). I remember it, just not at a fully-formed adult level.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
