When candidates consistently poll at 2% or less.. [View all]

What does that mean for the primary?
Why do those that poll so low stay in?

Castro for instance. I like him. All the candidates are good. But there just isn’t a election there for him.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
