Are enjoyed by union members and non members. A decent pay for a day’s work is not what the oligarchy wants..they want you to work for less and own you on n off the clock. I’m a proud retired Union member and my training and job opportunities came by qualifying whether male, female, older younger..equal opportunity and an example of the democratic principles. We all had a voice and our votes counted. Best thing I ever did was to get active and participate in the charities and issues that mattered at the time..a great experience
