Though Thom mentioned Rite Aid in this report, I find them better at overall customer service and responsiveness than CVS. I'll be switching my Medicare Plan D in January so I can shop at Rite Aid -- and pay MORE -- to escape the inadequacies of CVS. Besides their frustrating pharmaceutical services, most the stores I'm my area and poorly stocked and slovenly. Yuck.
