God can now proceed safe in the knowledge he has been proclaimed legitimate after all these years. At last, Trump's followers can proudly display their worship of God by carrying around this book while showing their superseding worship of Trump.

They must show the world their allegiance by sending in their $59.99 or perhaps $66.66 for tax, shipping and handling. If they don't, well then, their worship isn't real. Trump says so.
