Enough is Enough

I feel like Lt. Dunbar in the opening scene of Dances with Wolves.

Let's get real serious about the "war" between opposing sides in this country. I love a good laugh and sarcasm as much as anyone but the events of the last ten days are too serious to let pass without significant objection by everyone including all Democrats and Republicans that think the people occupying the White House are making uneducated and dangerous decisions to the detriment of the USA. It boggles my mind that intelligent and educated leaders can not find a peaceful way to put an end to this brutality. Who cares if it's only been a little over a week , give him a chance, blah, blah, blah. Enough is enough.

Dunbar was tired of waiting for the battle to begin in earnest so he got on his horse, rode into the middle of the battlefield making himself a target so the real fighting could begin and thereby bring an end to the war. The players on each side were similar to today's parties and the basic issues were the same as today. The other side has been firing serious shots our way, now we need our leaders to get on their horses and ride full speed in with flags flying and weapons ready and put an end to this foolishness. And before anyone gets all excited about me advocating violence. I am talking about the best weapon of all...the truth. Make them account for each obvious lie they have told. Make the media accountable and if they continue to give him a pass, call for a boycott of the parent corporation's goods and services.

We are all ready to do our part, we just need our elected officials to join in...all of them.
