Interesting choice to include the judge in that screed.
One could get the impression that Trump et al. have conceded the case and, as with the lost election, are turning to their fanatics.
"Trump attorney says New York attorney general is 'just not that bright'"
Quite the dog whistle moment for MAGA nation:
Trump attorney says New York attorney general is just not that bright
Former President Trumps attorney Alina Habba went after New York Attorney General Letitia James on Monday, saying shes just not that bright.
James is leading the ongoing civil trial against Trump alleging that he and his adult sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, spent years committing business fraud by inflating and deflating the value of their companys assets.
Habba, in a Newsmax interview on Monday, said James doesnt have a good case. However, Judge Arthur Engoron already ruled that the fraud occurred, and the ongoing trial is set to determine damages.
Shes just not that bright. Im sorry, I have to say it, Habba said. Ive seen their case, Ive seen their lawyers. They dont know what theyre talking about.
