Time for the next re-build/re-tool, Panarin will not be with the team by end of season, other trades to come.

Painful watching for NY Rangers fans right now
Gave up 22 goals the last three games, with Fox and Shesterkin both out on injuries their absence is definitely noticed.
Maybe they squeak into playoffs and lose spectacularly in first round, or begin a retool and let kids like Gabe Perreault play more.
For those waiting for "circle back after the holidays"
to be over like myself, I wish you all success in finding a new job, it certainly is rough out there, must have applied to well over 200 jobs in the past few months.
Synthwave enthusiasts here?
I don't recall exactly what got me into it, but I listen to a very wide range of genres.
Maybe it was from retro-style games I've played, and it's helpful with focusing on work.
My go-to station has been https://nightride.fm/
Discovered my current favorites like Droid Bishop, FM-84, Gunship, and Scandroid.
NHL Eastern Conference race super close
While it's way too early, I don't think the old view that if you were in a playoff spot by Thanksgiving you are most likely in holds this season. 7 points from wildcard to last in the conference right now:

After a hiatus, I'm back
Super long member (22 years, hard to imagine how fast that flew by).
Needed this back again, to read what others are saying. Your words matter and give hope.
2025 was an epic mess, but still hopeful for the future, it's there. Even if a small glimmer.
Encouraged by a sense of a changing tide. Inspired by voices such as Pope Leo XIV.
May 2026 be a change that we have hoped for.
A dear dog of ours passed over the rainbow bridge a month ago...
Was such a sad day and a reminder of learning to cherish our times together. We only had him 16 months, was a senior dog with special needs, and still find myself in tears when I think about him.
Someday I'm sure we'll adopt again, but definitely feels too soon.
Love each other and remember to pause in the present moments.

I almost quit this board...
Lurker here forever and occasional poster. Feels like forever at least.
But there's too much work to do, too much fight left in me.
Everyday I wake up means there's a purpose here for me, for my family, for me, for others.
Thanks all for sharing what you share here everyday.
