Petition to Congress to Cut the Pay of Administrators -- two more signatures needed from Illinois...

...and four from California, to add their senators as petition recipients. Please read the petition here, and sign it if you agree with it -- and then please spread it to others!

Please help me ask the NEA, and their state affiliates, to kick out all the administrators.

Imagine if Walmart employees succeeded in their long-running efforts to unionize, and then allowed Bentonville, Arkansas Walmart executives to join. Ridiculous, right?

Well, it is just as absurd for the NEA or its state affiliates to allow teacher-abusing, overpaid administrators to continue to be members of those unions -- and yet, they do.

With very few exceptions, administrators have become the enemies of education in modern America. Also, they have their own professional organization. The NEA doesn't need them, nor do they need (nor deserve) membership in the NEA.

If you agree, please sign this petition, and share it with others: http://www.change.org/petitions/the-national-education-association-stop-allowing-administrators-to-join-the-nea-or-its-state-affiliates

There is also a larger, ongoing, petition to Congress, requesting federal legislation to cut the pay (and therefore the number of) public school administrators, nationwide. It is right here: http://www.change.org/petitions/the-c-a-p-education-reform-proposal-save-america-s-schools-by-cutting-administrators-pay-with-federal-legislation

Both petitions explain themselves, and I am asking you to sign and spread them only if you agree with them. Thank you.

Petition to Congress to CUT ADMINISTRATORS' PAY -- nationwide!

They bully teachers.

They help state governments try to break our unions.

They teach no one.

It's time to fight back. This petition to Congress explains itself. Please read it. If you agree, please sign it, and then please spread it to others.

Will this solve all of America's school problems?

No, but it's a good place to start.

About RobertAustin

I am a science and mathematics teacher in Little Rock, Arkansas. I have taught for 17 years. In April, 2012, our unions in the Pulaski County Special School District were illegally attacked by our state's own government. They're being challenged in court. Waiting for a judge to intervene, though, is not my style. Also, a judge in Little Rock cannot help teachers and their unions who have this same problem, all across America. After corresponding with both Arkansas senators, one from each party, and receiving personal responses from each one that thanked me for alerting them to the problem, and then asked me to contact them again, should I need help from the federal government, I have taken them at their word. I have written (with help from others, of course) a bipartisan petition to Congress: The C.A.P. Proposal to save education across America, by attacking the problem at its source: overpaid and abusive administrators, the real reason all unions of teachers are formed in the first place. "C.A.P." stands for "Cut Administrators' Pay." Hit them in the wallets, and the corrupt ones will find other fields of work, freeing us to do our jobs, with only the administrators left (the few who aren't abusive) who are the only ones we need. The bad ones do nothing but line their own pockets, at taxpayer expense, and harm everyone else. It's time to put a stop to this. If you use Google to search for "education reform C.A.P. administrators' pay petition," or other similar searches, you'll find our petition online easily. It is designed to help us all, and will be most effective if you not only sign it, but also spread it. Unions are supposed to work together, in solidarity. Let's help each other!
