Hi everyone!

I want to introduce myself. I live in Salem, Oregon with my husband and 6 cats (you can probably tell by my name that I am rather fond of felines...) I have been a Democrat since 1983 (my first vote, in 1980, was thoroughly misguided, but I was a kid in small town Kansas and didn't know any better). I am miserable about the current state of affairs in this great country, but know that Democrats working together can change the world!

I am currently unemployed, having quit my job at the local animal shelter just this past Tuesday (still seems strange to say that). I have no plans at the moment other than straightening up my messy house!

I love politics, Seinfeld, the color blue, mac and cheese, sarcasm, and helping others.
