I'm watching his speech on CNN right now (from the George W Bush Institute). He sounds like a genius and a true leader compared to Trump. I used to hate Bush with a fiery passion, but I would gladly take him over Trump right now. At least he doesn't act like a toddler, and he's willing to listen to people with expertise.

Everything is always everybody else's fault. If this man wasn't so obsessed with himself (narcissistic), he might be actually able to govern. But governing isn't his concern. His concern is with his fragile ego. These are dangerous times.

I literally can't stand hearing Trump speak
Is anybody else like this? When he's speaking, I have to turn the TV off. I'm not exaggerating. I obviously want to know what ridiculousness he's spouting (which I end up reading about later), but I just can't stand him to the point where listening to him is highly uncomfortable. On occasion, I will manage to grind through a couple minutes, but that's about it. Everything he says makes me angry. I can't stand to hear his voice. He's repulsive. I don't think I'll watch his teleprompter speech tonight, even though it will be written by somebody else.
Trump's Saturday Speech
Of course, he's saying how great he is and how much he's accomplished as president, and also that this trip abroad has been "historic."
But one thing that just caught my attention is that he said some Italians traveled to Washington to watch his yuge inauguration. I'm calling bullshit on that. Why would anyone travel from Italy to watch his shit show inauguration?
Trump bragging about F-35 program savings during Coast Guard Commencement speech
He's bragging about his "accomplishments" during the Coast Guard Commencement speech. Wasn't this debunked (saving money on the F-35 program)? The guy loves to claim saving jobs and money when it's not his doing.
How can Trump release a new tax plan if he doesn't release his own tax returns?
Mnuchin confirmed today that Trump has no intention to release his tax returns, which is another Trump lie to add to the list. How do we know if he's going to give himself and his rich friends a tax break if we don't what's in his tax returns? This administration is just full of conflicts of interest, and it's disgusting. I can't believe this is happening.
Congress needs to invoke the law from 1924 to be able to see his tax returns. I think part of the issue is also due to Trump's hubris and vanity. He obviously doesn't want the world to see that he's actually not worth as much as he says he is.
