aidbo's JournalHave any Oregon DUers received their ballots or ballot pamphlets yet?
I feel like they've usually arrived by now in other years (4 weeks till election). But I may just be anxious to vote.
I checked my registration just to be sure, and I'm good.

Stop saying Biden is the 'most electable'. Trump will run rings round him
https://amp.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2020/jan/04/joe-biden-electable-trump-2020-electionImagine Biden running against Trump. Trump will run ads like this over and over. Good luck responding. Remember that time you have to spend defending yourself against Trumps accusations is time not spent talking about issues that affect peoples lives. And Biden has already shown little interest in drawing peoples attention to the areas where Democrats should run strong against Trump, such as healthcare, taxation, working conditions and the climate crisis.
Much more at the link.
Yes it is opinion.
Yes, Nathan J Robinson is the editor of the magazine Current Affairs.
Yes he has employed some Sanders supporters, and is likely a Sanders supporter himself.
New York Times map of donor concentration.
https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2019/08/02/us/politics/2020-democratic-fundraising.htmlInteresting maps. There are two candidates that seem to have nation-wide appeal. The donors for the rest of the candidates donors seem to be concentrated regionally. Ill leave it to you to figure out who.
1972 ARTICLE SURFACES SHOWING BERNIE SANDERS BACKED ABORTION RIGHTS YEAR BEFORE ROE V WADE
https://www.newsweek.com/bernie-sanders-joe-biden-hyde-amendment-abortion-rights-1442412Sanders told Vermont's Bennington Banner newspaper in September 1972 -- months before the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on Roe v. Wade -- that abortion procedures should only be a concern between a woman and her physician. The article sits aside several letters the then-Liberty Union candidate for governor wrote to local newspapers calling for the abolition of "all laws dealing with abortion, drugs, sexual behavior."
The Bennington Banner confirmed to Newsweek Wednesday that Sanders was interviewed for the published 1972 article in which he feared women "will be forced to go to those states where abortions are legal."

If Senator Sanders wants more coverage by the network news,
He should call all millionaires rapists and murderers.
Call for the tracking and surveillance of billionaire hedge fund managers who make all their money off of carried interest and pay 15 % income tax rate.
Call for the expulsion from the US of CEOs of corporations who pretend to be foreign companies to avoid paying taxes in the US.
Accuse climate change deniers of killing babies and selling the parts.
As Jon Stewart learned from Colbert on The Late Show, if you want to get the media to notice your message, you've got to TRUMP IT UP!
Start calling for the poor to rise up and fight for their rights, see how quickly he gets coverage.
