You can only buy happiness

By making other people happy.
Not by exploiting them, blackmailing them, or being a total assh*** to them.

There is a remedy for your sad, Eloon.
Pay the taxes.
Give back ALL of it to the people that really earned it, or that you stole it from.

Just sit her in the waiting room

Since there are no acceptable staff, she can wait forever.

My county requires masks in medical settings for all staff, patients, and hangers on. (THANK YOU TO THE COUNTY). I belong to Kaiser Permanente HMO. Part of our membership consists of an agreement to follow the rules.
I think unmasked people within the facilities should simply be ignored; the same way they are ignoring the prominent signs on the way in reminding them they MUST wear masks.
I witnessed exactly that in the pharmacy the other day as an idiot was loudly complaining about having waited for an hour. Someone finally told him to get a clue, and fulfill his agreement to follow the rules. He didn’t ask which rules? He knew.

I hope you know the words to Mozart's Eb Horn Concerto.

I play the flute and sing.

I keep saying that defense attorneys should submit a motion to dismiss with prejudice

The instant any manipulation of the truth can be proven.
Suborning perjury
Tainting the jury pool
Lying under oath
I don't care what actual motion is made as long as it is made.
I don't see how any judge with any integrity could fail to grant the motion.

That's the word I think is missing from the EFF post: "INTEGRITY"

For many years we have been able to rely on the inherent integrity of the government. This one: not so much (Not at all IMHO). Integrity matters, it is theonly thing - even beyond the law, or the Constitution, that really guarantees our safety.

Constitution in the shredder does not mean repealed!!

Unless or until they actually repeal it, they are subject to the Constitution, no matter what the SCROTUMS say.

Is overcharging a felony?

Or false arrest?
Asking for a friend.

If the arret record is not erased, he could face difficulties in years to come as he was supposedly arrested but "charges were not forthcoming". Just the fact of an arrest, however unwarranted, can become a problem.
I strongly suggest he get an attorney to nullify that record in all the places that is will have proliferated already.

Punishment without a finding of guilt is a violation of the Constitution

As far as I know the US adheres to the notion of innocent until proven guilty.
Something the current cabal of White House and cabinet squatters seems to have completely forgotten.

Until they actually repeal the law, they ARE subject to it.

I watched the shuttle Columbia land 7/4/82 at Edwards AFB, CA

That's the closest I've gotten to one.
An incredibly emotional moment for me.
I would love to watch a launch live, but I refuse to go anywhere near Floriduh.

Hopefully both Green Day and Bad Bunny will give the audience the opportunity to boo rump anyways.

It shouldn't be difficult.
Maybe they have new songs to roll out for us like The Boss.

I absolutely believe that was staged

Unfortunately the ‘shooter’ died, so we’ll never really know. But I believe that death was a mistake by an ‘overeager’ or uninformed law enforcement person.
I’d much rather have seen the murderer, and attempted murder, prosecuted and the whole chain of command revealed.
Hopefully this thug will give up his motivation and co-conspirators.
