I'd like to C&B him.
Their C&B's are far too dysfunctional, and have no real meaning
Remember back in the day when they thought Hillary was going to win? They bragged about how they were going to weigh her down with multiple Congressional hearings. They had mountains of files. They bragged about it! I heard one say they had 5 years of material -- whatever that means.
Imagine how disappointed they were when Donald won, lol. The poor things - all excited to be on TeeVee, with their posturing, sound bites, and faux disgust. Oh, my!
Well, they'll be thwarted again when we have the House and the Senate. Yay!
There's no problem. You have wear your mask. They'll probably take your temp, ask a few questions, sanitize your hands, then let you go get your lab work.
At least that's how it's done in my neck of the woods.
I was reading in another thread that the Trumps want to own their own media to take on Fox. I think it's a pipe dream, specifically because I don't think they can afford it, and I'm not so sure they'd be able to find the financial backing.
So, I got to thinking what life would be like for Donald after we elect President Joe Biden ...
Once out of the powerful Oval Office ...
Donald, his kids and company will be bogged down in legal issues and legal bills.
He won't have the RNC or campaign donations to pay his and Don Jr.'s way anymore. I suppose they could start a GoFundMe.
I'm sure opportunistic lawyers won't deem him worth their while to defend anymore. Some may, but Donald is facing deep legal problems. Who wants to sign on knowing Donald is notorious on stiffing attorneys?
Unlike now, with family and sycophants propping him up to make him presentable to the world, he'll be a pathetic, senile old man who won't have much to offer. He'll rage on and rage Tweet, but after a short while, who cares what he has to say anymore? Donald may go down rather quickly.
And his kids? Presently they're only useful to people who try to capitalize on the old man while still in office. Once he's out? Well, his kids and son-in-law aren't too bright or even likable.
I could be way off base, but am curious as to DU's speculation.
I can't remember who sorta alluded in either last week's hearing, or yesterday's (I'm having a fist fight with cancer, and, well, I get forgetful, so I hope your thought processes are better than mine) where in one of those hearings an answer was given that they're (FBI) looking at "everything". Tax returns were mentioned (I think by Al Franken).
During today's press conference, Sean Spicer made a quick reference that Trump has a NY law office that will write a certified letter indicating he has no Russian financial ties. No reporter asked a follow up question.
I sat here growling and laughing at my TV.
So, now Comey is fired, the FBI is in a tailspin, & no doubt Trump will appoint a spineless lackey.
Does Trump really think he can keep his taxes secret from us forever?
As an aside, NY state is looking at legislation that in order to run for POTUS you have to submit your returns.
Big, big smiles watching that clip.
Just saw one of his tweets about a video catching Planned Parenthood selling aborted body parts.
I wish I could paste the Twitter here for you to see, but I did Google it, and I saw that only the right wing is reporting this shit.
I'm on my cell phone and my it's difficult to copy/paste links. I'm hoping someone here can check out this asshole's lying lies. Thanks.
New York City police officers threw a prankster to the ground for dancing behind them in a video that was posted to YouTube on Saturday.
The incident came about while prankster Alexander Bok was carrying out a dare issued by daytime talk show host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres, who challenged viewers to "sneak up behind perfect strangers" and "dance behind them without them knowing it."
- snip -
"What's wrong with you, bro?" one of the cops could be heard saying in the video.
"What are you dancing in the street for?" another asked.
"Are you a fucking asshole?" another cop could be heard saying.
The verbal questioning eventually got physical and ended when one of the police officers pushed Bok to the pavement.
I can understand the cops questioning him, but there is no excuse to swarm him; to disrespect or abuse him or anyone else. I wonder if Ellen will show this full clip on her show. I hope she does.
No self-awareness. No decorum. No remorse. No sense.
I truly worry about my president.

Obama threat gets Turlock woman fired, reported to Secret Service
By Marijke Rowland
TURLOCK -- A Turlock woman who posted inflammatory comments on Facebook about President Barack Obama has been fired from her job and reported to the U.S. Secret Service. Turlock resident Denise Helms, 22, posted shortly after the president's re-election Tuesday on her Facebook page, "And another 4 years of the (n-----). Maybe he will get assassinated this term..!!"
- snip -
She told the Fox 40 reporter: "I didn't think it would be that big of a deal. The assassination part is kind of harsh. I'm not saying like I would go do that or anything like that, by any means, but if it was to happen, I don't think I'd care one bit."
- snip -
Helms graduated from Placer High School in 2008, according to her Facebook page, and has the Romney/Ryan 2012 page among her "likes." She is not listed as a registered voter in the state registry database.
Helms could not be reached for comment by The Bee. She told Fox 40 she wasn't aware she could be investigated by the Secret Service for her post.
"OK, but what did I do wrong? That's fine if they want to," she told the reporter. "But I don't understand what I did wrong."

"But I don't understand what I did wrong." OMG! You stupid person, you!
I thought this was interesting.

After Election Day, the work of tearing down a presidential campaign begins. Field offices are dismantled. Bunting and balloons are junked. And a small company in Michigan gets back its airplane.
- snip -
The first step in turning it around, says Active Aero spokeswoman Bernadette Quist, is a thorough cleaning. Decontamination may be more appropriate. Campaign planes are notoriously filthy places, where poor hygiene, recycled air, and threadbare immune systems combine to create flying tubes of contagion. When USA Jet leases an airplane to, say, the University of Michigan varsity hockey team, Quist says, it usually comes back none the worse for wear. That just gets your basic pickup and cleaning, she says. This is going to need a little more intense care, shall we say.
Once the plane is no longer a disease vector, its time to de-brand it. The Romney paint joba blue belly and white top, with BELIEVE IN AMERICA stenciled on each sidewill be stripped and painted over, likely with a mostly white coat and the USA Jet logo.

I just received this email from BreastCancerAction.org
(I have Stage IV Breast Cancer)
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is nearly 30 years old this year after three decades and billions of dollars, why is this disease still an epidemic?
Its the governments job to protect the health of those it governs, but our government has outsourced breast cancer to large philanthropic organizations, like Komen and Avon, which are beholden to corporate funders. This strategy is not working for women.
Our elected officials should be taking bold, meaningful action for breast cancer prevention and better breast cancer treatments through independent research and strong regulation. Its time for us to say, enough with the pink crap! and demand real action on breast cancer from our elected representatives.
This year we're reminding our elected officials:
"It's an Epidemic, Stupid!"
[link:http://org2.democracyinaction.org/o/6098/p/dia/action/public/?action_KEY=11729|Please take action today to put breast cancer front and center in the national conversation.
In the 1960s, a womans lifetime risk for breast cancer was 1 in 20. Today, for every woman who lives to be 85, her lifetime risk is 1 in 8. This year, like last year, 40,000 women will die of breast cancer. These numbers are not OK.
Breast cancer should be front and center in national conversations about health reform and womens health now! In anticipation of Novembers election, were rolling out our Mandate for Government Action and need your help getting it into the hands of elected officials and candidates for public office.
Tell your legislators today to publicly support the 2012 Breast Cancer Action Mandate for Government Action.
Its not enough for our elected officials to support the cause by wearing a pink ribbon or sharing a heartfelt personal story about breast cancer. Elected officials have a unique and essential role to initiate and support independent research and strong regulation to address and end the breast cancer epidemic.
As individuals we cannot shop or walk or run our way out of this epidemic. Our legislators must take meaningful action to address and end this epidemic lets light the fire under them to do it.
Onward to ending this epidemic,
The above links will take you to their website where it will allow you to send a message to your House Rep, both Senators and to President Obama.
Please, let's do it for our future generations of daughters. Thank you!
Edited for spelling, d'oh!
