Failure to Protect
First, I acknowledge we can sue anyone for anything...but what I've been trying to find out is if there is anything in statute or precedent that could be read or argued as the basis for bringing a lawsuit against the administration for failure to act, nay failure to even TRY to protect the republic against a national security threat?
