For every one person in attendance at Trump's rally, there were five new cases of covid-19 in the country on that day. It was also the most new cases in the world.
So, I watched two separate documentaries on Roy Cohn and Jeffrey Epstein
And I realized that Epstein's NYC mansion is only 3 blocks away from Cohn's former office.

I find it fascinating that each of these nations have "elected" leaders who promised to return their nations to their former days of glory.
So, I'm on vacation this week.
Which just means that I don't have to login or respond to emails.
I finished the first book in The Dark Tower series and working through the first book in the Wheel of Time.
My humble advice to the Republican party: Convince Trump to drop his re-election bid.
You've seen the polls. He's drowning. Now, maybe he can come back, but it would take a great message and serious message discipline. Both of which he lacks. And you know that any future positive news, he will step on with a dumb tweet. He's not the political mastermind genius that some think he is. He's a doofus that got lucky. Comey won 2016 for him.
Who knows? Mike Pence may be able to pull off it. You never know, but it's worth a shot. Pence is your only chance to keep the presidency and save the senate. Otherwise, Trump is going to take you all down not just in this election cycle but possibly future ones as well.

If we need a para-military police force, then what does that say about us as a nation?
If we as a nation give immunity to the police to kill people, then what does that say about us as a nation?
If the ONLY solution to violent crime is violent cops, then what does that say about us as a nation?
If spending money on the people is wasteful, but buying military equipment for the cops is a good investment, then what does that say about us as a nation?
Great nations do not allow their cops to torture and kill its citizens.
Great nations do not have para-military police.
Great nations don't have the level of social, economic, and political inequality.
Soooo. I'm not loving The Dark Tower series, but I will stick to it.
I'm almost done with the first book, and it's not doing it for me. I don't like long passages about landscape. They appeal to me about as much as paintings of landscapes do.
