The House of Representatives was fully functional just three days ago. Why should the people who maintained it so well for so long have to rescue the Insurrectionists who have caused chaos in almost no time?

Oh, and by the way, while we’re at it, as a reporter for NBC news how much inside information have you possessed over the years being married to a Fed chairman and failed to report it? My guess would be that your husband knows or knew where every body was buried in Washington, DC and in every city where a federal reserve bank exists. I for one can only imagine the stories you’ve heard over the years. So, I don’t wanna hear a word about integrity of any sort, legislative, journalistic, or otherwise.

OK...I may have some "news" here....

By way of introduction here, one of my patients whom I consider a friend was in my office today and incidentally, he is known nationally as one of the finest criminal defense attorneys in the country. The list of his clients both domestically and internationally….well, I’ll tell you that it made my jaw drop when we met and he mentioned a number of these. He is a political progressive and really really incisive but he is also , of necessity, a realist.

So as I was dismissing him from “the chair”, I asked him, “So what do you think of Trump being indicted?”

He began by saying that his sources in Atlanta tell him that it’s going to happen: that they’ve assembled what is considered to be an airtight case against Trump.

Now it got interesting: he then said that it would be extremely difficult to prove the insurrection case due to interpretations of language BUT he then said that the classified documents case is also solid. He then said that the indictments are coming soon. I didn’t press him as to what “soon” means but it is important to remember that he has dealt with so many federal cases that he’s basically professional buddies with these US Attorneys. He has never blown smoke or BS’d me in all the decades I’ve known him. He rightly predicted that a certain mob trial in Philly would end with acquittal of the defendants even though they had been tried and convicted in the Press, and he was correct as well in a number of trials he participated in wherein the defendant, his client, was found guilty.

And, of course, I understand that nobody, but nobody can guarantee any prediction, but I thought I would just pass this along as well-founded information. Oh, and those of you who know me here know that I don’t make this stuff up…

Yeah well this is ridiculous...this lying asshole that is...

When I became licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I had to provide for the following to be sent to the Department of State:

Northeast Regional Clinical Board Scores SENT DIRECTLY FROM THE BOARD
Results of Dental Law Examination SENT DIRECTLY FROM THE COMMONWEALTH LAW DEPARTMENT

On every form there was a warning that any false statements would be grounds for denial of licensure and subsequent prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

This whole onerous procedure was just to become a dentist, physician, podiatrist, or other professional in the State. These requirements are the same in every other state in the Union so you would think…no you would assume that these stringent requirements would extend to the elected representatives to the Federal Congress.

But what do you expect in a nation wherein the laws in many states are written in such a manner that a pregnant woman who is miscarrying stands a reasonable chance of dying because they are not allowed admission to a hospital. This is beyond indecent. It is sick.

(As an aside, there are only three professions in Pennsylvania which allow the cutting and resection of human living tissue: physicians, dentists, and podiatrists).

Here's a story for you:

No bullshit, this is true …

Five years before I matriculated in dental school, a fellow from Long Island, as a first year student, ascended to the presidency of his class by standing in front of the room and announcing that “fact”. He presided for all four years, and I recall speaking to a member of his class not all that many years ago who said that he just assumed that the Administration of the school appointed him, as did most everyone else. The individual in question was extremely charismatic and yes, handsome in a Jewishy James Franciscus way (my characterization), and he was extremely effective as a class president.

Now here’s the part that’s most interesting, and why I posted this: almost no one in the class was particularly upset by this. They found out that it was all self-aggrandizing and a ruse, but then it worked out. It was OK. In a very real way, it was a form of autocracy, which, not a couple of people characterized as benevolent despotism. When I asked them over the years, if they didn’t think that it was more than vaguely sociopathic, they literally shrugged her shoulders and dismissed it by saying “I guess so” or the equivalent.

This fellow practiced literally a few doors from me and I knew him well. He was a bullshit artist with the talent of Van Gogh

And so, representative or Leader McCarthy has moved into the Speaker’s office, which, I guess, means that he is the Speaker if you follow this line of fascism. It is brazen and frightening, but apparently most effective. Wotta country, Wotta world.

From this time forth, any document Requiring individuals to appear before the House of Representatives should, in “honor” of Gym Jordan and his ilk, be referred to as a “SUBPENIS”.

So it is written, so it shall be done.
