Do I understand this correctly?

According to Twitler, the USA needed a 3 month temporary travel ban to give his people time to put a "better" vetting system in place. This was the purpose, supposedly, of the EO in late January.

The ban was blocked by various courts.

It's now over 4 months later. A month longer tab he said he needed to put in place better vetting.

Don is again tweeting that the 3 month temporary ban is still necessary, that it needs to be called what it is (a travel ban), and also that we have extreme vetting.

Is this correct?

How, in any way, is this a good argument tho persuade the scotus to take up the case? Keep tweeting, Don.

Trump sends vague midnight tweet about 'negative press covfefe'

Source: USA Today

Donald Trump has been active on Twitter since his return from his first overseas trip as president. And he kept the ball rolling with a tweet shortly after midnight on Wednesday morning.

But it is not at all clear what the president was tweeting about.

"Despite the negative press covfefe," Trump wrote.

Unsurprisingly, most of Trump's fellow Twitter users jumped all over the apparent mistake. And #covfefe became a trending topic on Twitter.

(More, including tweets)

Truck driver sought in fatal Donkey Creek incident (Grays Harbor, WA) Racists murderers

http://www.northcoastnews.com/news/ncn911-truck-driver-sought-in-fatal-donkey-creek-incident/

The Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Department is searching for the driver of a white pickup truck that witnesses say ran over two men, with one man dying Sunday night in Tacoma General Hospital and the other transferred there with complications to his injuries.

A Sheriff’s Department news release said the suspect was seen driving recklessly doing doughnuts on a gravel bar at the Donkey Creek Campgrounds in the Humptulips area of Grays Harbor County on Saturday morning at about 1:30. Some of the campers who witnessed the incident say they initially got upset at the driver’s driving behavior and told him to stop, according to the Sheriff’s Department.

After that report was released publicly, the Quinault Indian Nation also issued a news release to add additional details and correct the initial information. That release identified the deceased victim as James Kramer, 20, of Taholah, and the other surviving victim as Harvey Anderson, 19 of Aberdeen.

The truck is described as a mid-1990s Chevy with an extended cab and large tires. “The driver was screaming racial slurs and war whoops when he ran over the two tribal members,” said the Quinault Nation news release. The driver was described in both accounts as a 30-35 year old white male with dark hair and a short beard. There was also a female passenger in the vehicle who was described as a 30-year-old with dark hair....(more)
