it should give a hint to Trump's gun rights supporters as to what can happen to them with respect to their guns.
Trump always suggests that the Dems will take away the people's guns - and now - with his goons - he could and will be accused of doing just that.
It will be interesting to watch what happens.
Realize That Anything That Trump Says Or Does Over The Next 100 Days Is For Only One Reason.....

He'll say anything and do anything now - as it's sinking in that he is losing bigly to Biden. He also knows that the Repugs are giving him till Sept to turn things around or they will stop supporting him.
So - people - and above all - MSM - don't be fooled by Trump. Don't believe anything he says or does. Things he says or does may look and sound good - but - it's all for show. It's an act.
If by chance he's able to pull off a win -- none of what he says or does now will ever materialize.
He's not out to help you. He's just in it for himself. Don't be fooled.

There's No Way That Trump Can Take Any Credit For Anything Associated With This Crisis....
He discounted it from day 1. He called it a hoax. He didn't establish a national policy for dealing with it. He threw all the decision making to the Governors of States. The Governors had to fight him all the way and it was because of their fighting him that things got done. The health care workers that had to deal with the day-to-day had to endure all kinds of problems with respect to the PPE and equipment that they needed to treat patients with the virus. He didn't invoke the Defense Production Act to provide the materials that are needed to fight this crisis. There was lack of testing from the start and he still doesn't understand the reason for testing. He pushed to get things re-opened too soon. This rushed re-opening precipitated the predicament that we're in now in States like Florida, Texas, Arizona, etc. He didn't set an example by wearing a mask which caused all kinds of his deplorable's to follow his example of not wearing a mask and discounting the need and use of masks.
And depending on the group he speaks to - he changes his positions on this virus to suit the audience.
He was scripted today and I'm sure his handlers at the WH told him to stick to the script and don't deviate from it. He spoke today because he realizes his poll numbers are in the dumper and he has to do something/anything to try and turn them around. I don't think he really believes anything that he had to say today.
He's done nothing to show any kind of sincere leadership in dealing with this crisis. He has no basis for taking any/no/nada credit for anything that is slightly associated with this crisis.
Any strides we might have made with Covid - were not made by him. They were made by the care-givers dealing with the day-to-day management. They learned as they watched people present themselves as a positive case; being put on a ventilator and die. They learned what worked to help other patients that presented themselves as this virus pushed on. They applied what worked and now they are saving some lives.
Strides were made by the Governors of States that fought Trump every step of the way. They persisted and many times had to work around Trump and his administration in order that they were able to save people in their respected States.
Strides were made by the American People that listened to the Drs. and Public Health Experts and stayed at home; social distance; wore their masks and washed their hands.
Trump has been a total failure with this. He was in over his head from the start and he still displays no leadership in dealing with this crisis.
We can't be rid of him soon enough. GOTV!!!!

Trump Hired To Become A Regular On The Game Show 'To Tell The Truth'....
in the 2021 season.
Those familiar with the show will know that three individuals identify themselves as an expert or authority for an interesting occupation or accomplishment. Only one of the three is required to tell the truth. The other two individuals lie to deceive the celebrity panelists that try to identify the real truth teller.
Trump being the consummate liar that he is - will appear on every grouping of the three individuals as one of the two liars.
The producers of the show saw hiring Trump as a regular 'liar' on the show as a cost savings because of his lying talent. One less liar they'll have to find for every grouping of three.
So you MAGA's out there that are worried that Trump will be out of a job come Jan 20, 2021 - don't you fret. You'll be able to follow his lies every week on the game show - To Tell The Truth.
No one is more qualified for this job than Trump.

Todd does everything he can to justify what Trump and the Repugs are doing and Tur always has that smarmy smirk on her face. It's hard to take these two separately and the pairing of the two is just too much to take.
I don't even watch Todd's Sunday MTP. Why do I need to deal with this guy another 5 days per week?

Covid-19 has an effect on 'judgement' and 'decision making'.
It causes some people to make bad judgements and bad decisions regarding protecting oneself and others from the virus.
It manifests itself in the following:
- people not wearing masks
- people not social distancing
- people thinking the virus is a hoax
- politicians not protecting the very people that elected them to serve and protect
