It Borders On Being Comical - Listening To Dem Members Of Congress Speak On The USPS Destruction....
We get the stereotypical blowhard politician answers when they are asked by a MSM host about Trump's blatant destruction of USPS.
"I'm outraged by what Trump and DeJoy are doing and our committee is looking into their actions and we're conducting an internal investigation to gather all the facts. I've sent a letter to DeJoy to get him to comment on the removal of the sorting machines and the blue mailboxes around the country - but we haven't gotten a response from him."
Come-on - we're 80 days out to Election Day and everyday we're hearing more and more stories from around the country and from life-long postal workers as to how DeJoy and Trump are dismantling the USPS - and these Dem members of Congress are outraged, investigating and writing letters?
If DeJoy and Trump have already removed 671 sorting machines from around the country and we're seeing pictures from around the country of the removal of the blue letter drop boxes and they're getting calls from their constituents that they aren't receiving their mail; prescription medications; checks; bills; etc - what more investigating do they have to do?
What does a written letter to DeJoy or Trump get them? These letters are only ignored.
There's not enough time between now and the election to put 'humpty back together again'.
They are running out the clock to steal this election. And the only thing we're doing is investigating and writing letters.
I'm sickened by this. I keep asking if the shoe were on the other foot and all this stuff was happening under a Dem administration - what would the Repugs do? I don't think that all they would do is investigate and write letters.
The Dems need to get more pro-active - yet they seem helpless. They need to get a cadre of Constitutional Lawyers together and scour the law and look for any technicalities in the law and Constitution to put a stop to this destruction.
I'm hearing that Congress is not in session again until after Labor Day in September - just 2 months from Election Day. Why aren't the Dems - right now - in D.C. - in force working to stop Trump and his criminal activities. That would be making a statement.
Deplorable Repug/Trump supporters carp about their rights being infringed upon because of the mask mandates. What about the right of every American to vote and have their vote counted. That is sacred in our democracy.
A majority of our Vets support Trump and the Repugs. These Vets fought and died to protect our democracy from foreign foes and to protect our right to vote. How can they support this Administration that is methodically making a mockery out of everything these Vets fought for?
I'm sorry - I just don't get it and I'm at my wits end trying to make any sense out of what is happening right before our very eyes. Haven't we learned anything from history? Haven't we learned anything about how countries are destroyed - from within - by maniacal criminals that rise to power on lies, deceit and a quest for even more power?
I'm more than pissed at Trump and the Repugs that carry his water - But - everyday I'm becoming more and more pissed at the Dems that won't fight back - even if they have to get in the dirt to fight- to protect our democracy.
Are we just going to sit back and investigate and write letters? This is a call to action. We're in the last half of the ninth with two outs and we're losing the game - yet we're deluding ourselves that we have a strong team and we're going to win.
At least in a baseball game strategy can be used and they can put in a clutch hitter to win the game.
I don't know that we have any strategy or any clutch hitters. It looks like we've run out the bench of players and all we can do is put in somebody that's currenty on the disabled list - to pinch hit and hope that he gets a walk or hit by a pitched ball.
I guess when we lose the game - we'll file a protest - and hope that the powers that be (which have been stacked against us) will come through and save the day. But all we'll hear is - we hear and see what you are protesting - but sorry - the game is over and it's in the history books now.
And like Gore and Kerry - we'll just buckle under with our tail between our legs - and accept our fate - with only an whimper and not a fight.

Can't We Have A PreAddressed Perforated Receipt Attached To The Outside Of A Vote By Mail Ballot....
that when received by the post office it gets cancelled along with the ballot as to date and time received.
When the vote is counted - this pre-addressed perforated receipt gets torn off and dropped in the mail as proof that the vote was received; when it was received (date and time) and that the vote was counted.
If we want to assure every American has a right to vote and that we want to make sure there is no funny stuff happening with your vote - we have the technology and ability to do just that.
Another idea is a barcode on the envelope that is scanned when the vote is received (date and time) as well as being scanned when the vote is counted. The scanned barcode triggers an e-mail to the voter again as proof.
We have the ability to do things like this to prevent fraud in mail-in voting. We just have to have the desire to do these type of things to protect our votes.
I'm sure there are other - maybe even better ways (than my above suggestions) to prevent fraud and provide a receipt.
We just need to get smarter and do these things. The fact that we don't makes me believe that there are people out there that want to rig elections.

2. Want's to discredit Michael Cohen and his upcoming book. He'll say that it is all made up because Cohen is a disgruntled former employee.
Isn't There Some Way We Could Get An Injunction To Stop The Destruction Of The USPS?.....
Isn't there some judge out there that can stop this madness by Trump? Isn't there some technicality in a law or any law or in the initial formation charter/mission of the USPS that prohibits such deliberate tampering of it?
How To Rig An Election: Let Me Count The Ways......
Starting out with destroying the USPS and letting Russia interfere through social media - what other rigging methods have Trump and the Repugs set in motion to suppress votes, steal and cheat for the November election?
- supporting Kanye
- letting people get evicted
- telling them mail-in voting is rife with fraud
- putting the fear of Covid in people so they don't vote in person
- seeding lies about the Dem candidates
Please add to this list as to the many ways that Trump & the Repugs all around the country - are attempting to steal this election. The American People need to see this to understand how their 'right to vote' is being compromised.
If People believe their rights are infringed upon because they are made to wear a mask during a 'pandemic' - what about their right to 'vote' and have a fair election?
We must publicize this information to make sure that - one way or another - that the American People are aware and informed just who is taking away their 'right to vote'.
Has any journalist confronted Trump about the fact that it is apparent that Trump is rigging the election in his favor? Or are they just 'pussy footing' around the issue as to not offend Trump.
We need to let him know that we are on to him.
It just upsets me to no end that Trump and the Repugs are doing all this rigging and cheating - in plain sight and in the light of day and being arrogant about it to boot - and we can't do anything to stop them.
I'm thinking that by making the American People aware of all the methods Trump and the Repugs are using might help GOTV to finally put an end to their destroying our Democracy.

Every Day I Lose Respect For People That I've In The Past Respected.....
In talking with these people or talking to people that know and deal with these people I'm finding out how racist and brainwashed they are by Fox News, Trump and his Repug toadies.
Just now I learned that an executive of a global company is blaming George Soros for the looting that went on in the early hours of this morning in Chicago's downtown area. He says that Trump will take care of that kind of lawlessness.
Now this is a smart and educated man. How can he think that someone that is anti-Trump and supportive of the Dems would promote looting and violence. It works against his best interests and counter to electing a Dem President.
The only one that would benefit from such looting and violence is Trump. Such looting and violence plays into Trump's gameplan.
The other day I spoke with a female friend that made a racist comment about the Black Lives Matter movement that shocked me. Then she went on to say that she is a Trump supporter.
Another friend is a enthusiastic veteran. In his early 70's he supports Trump who disrespects veterans; dodged the draft by making up a story about having bone spurs and hasn't put Putin on notice about bounties for American soldiers. How could any veteran support Trump. I just don't get it.
The 2020 election will come down to this clear differences between the Parties and Trump v. Biden:
One in particular jumps out at me. Do you want a 'medicare for all' health system or are you content with a person that has said he will destroy Medicare and Social Security if he gets re-elected.
We're in trouble people. This administration is destroying the USPS. Will massage the Census data to the Repug advantage - more gerrymandering. Turns its nose up to the Constitution. Is ignoring their responsibility with respect to the pandemic. Is not doing anything to slow or stop this pandemic. Has no compassion for the people that died from this pandemic or their loved ones who's life has been impacted. I could go on and on with the destruction that is being foisted on us by this Trump Administration.
I don't know what I'll do if Trump steals this election in 2020. I just can't deal with him and this anymore. I feel so helpless and demoralized and everyday it just seems to get worse.
How did we wind up like this? How did we let this happen? And why are so many educated people blind to what is unfolding right in front of them and still be supportive of this criminal in the WH?
