Seeing those people on the beach, not paying any attention..Reminds me of Joseph Stalin

Stalin cut a deal with Hitler. Stalin was told that Hitler was amassing troops on the border, and Stalin
assumed that everything was ok, and that Hitler would never go against the deal..Stalin ignored his own spies who said that Soviet Union was in grave danger, and was going to invade...and Stalin believed the liar: Adolph Hitler.

....Here is what it cost the Soviet Union ..................
The Soviet Union lost around 27 million people during the war, including 8.7 million military and 19 million civilian deaths. The largest portion of military dead were 5.7 million ethnic Russians, followed by 1.3 million ethnic Ukrainians. A quarter of the people in the Soviet Union were wounded or killed.

Those people on the beach, are much too stupid to know that what they are doing is..."stupid"
They know it all because they got a deal with Trump ...who knows it all. ...Like Stalin, these people know not with what & who they are dealing...Going to the beach like that puts them in danger, but they do not have a clue in the world..

Protesters are stupid beyond stupid,.. just like Trump..

..The protesters believe Trump more than the doctors and world health officials. They will not get sick, and they truly believe it. Trump is the model and sets the tome. So, some of the protesters will get sick and die. Those protesters don't have a clue as to how much Donald Trump, the President of the U.S., is protected from the virus in every possible way.
..They will protest, get close to each other, not wear masks, and pay the price at some point. Very sad...but...better them than me. I don't like staying home, but I like to stay alive more.

You know, I don't like to stay at home. I live alone & call friends, read DU, clean house, etc.

...I have had very serious medical issues, and would like to live longer. , so I stay at home. This ain't no game. This is life and death, so I stay home. I have been to hospitals for long stays and recovered. Staying at home is awful, but getting pneumonia is far more awful.....
...... Trump & DeSantis are clueless and quite stupid, and most of us know that.

Heartland hotspots:A sudden rise in coronavirus cases hitting rural states without stay home orders

Source: CNN

Washington (CNN) — The test results came back on Easter Sunday. Tammy had been feeling "kind of crappy" when she went to her doctor in rural southeastern Oklahoma last week. A sign of possible pneumonia prompted her to get a coronavirus test later that day at the McCurtain County Health Department in Idabel.

When it came back positive, Tammy, who spoke on the condition that CNN not use her last name to protect her privacy, had already quarantined herself. Isolated, she decided to write her governor, Kevin Stitt, the first-term Republican and one of just 8 governors in the US to resist issuing a statewide stay-at-home-order. Tammy had voted for Stitt but she didn't agree with his decision.

Her message to him was simple: "Shut this mess down."

Both Trump and DeSantis know more than doctors and scientists..

Proof: Opening of Jacksonville beaches.. Why not wait a week? Ten Days? What hurt would that do?
..No Trump and DeSantis know more than those urging people to stay at home. I wonder if Trump will go to the beach? How about Ron DeSantis going to the beach and mingle with the crowd?

Jacksonville beaches reopen in Florida as states begin easing stay-at-home restrictions

Source: CNN

CNN) — Beaches and parks in Jacksonville, Florida, reopened Friday afternoon as more states consider easing restrictions put in place to battle the coronavirus pandemic.

Crowds at Jacksonville Beach cheered when the barriers came down on the beach, according to CNN affiliate WJXT.

Beaches will be open from 6 to 11 a.m. and from 5 to 8 p.m. daily with some restrictions, according to Jacksonville's website. Recreational activities such as running, biking, hiking and swimming will be permitted during this soft reopening, the city's website said.

Wuhan officials have revised the city's coronavirus death toll up by 50%

Source: CNN

CNN) — China has revised its official death toll from the novel coronavirus, raising the number of fatalities attributed to the pandemic by more than a third.

Officials in Wuhan, where the virus was first reported late last year, on Friday added 1,290 coronavirus deaths to the city's toll. They also added 325 confirmed cases to the city tally.

The total number of cases recorded in the city now stands at 50,333, with 3,869 deaths. The previous reported death toll for Wuhan was 2,579 -- so the revised figure marks a 50% increase in the number of deaths in the city from coronavirus.

As of April 17, China's National Health Commission had reported 3,342 deaths nationally, before the revised Wuhan figures were published.

A name that could hopefully change the U.S.A. Steve Bullock-current governor of Montana.- Democrat

..He is running for the U.S. Senate. He outraised his republican opponent 2 to 1. Steve is limited and cannot run again as governor because of "..term limitations.."

..If Steve wins the Montana seat, then we need only a couple more to have a Senate majority..If we win with Bullock, then we need to win 3 more and keep our current senate members too..

Current Senate ---Republicans..53
......................---Democrats ...45
......................Independents ... 2

.....................................total 100
__________________________________________

If we win Maine, Montana, Iowa, and just one more..we will have a majority. The senate will change hands and become a Democratic stronghold...Perhaps Colorado? Arizona?
