I read recently that the anus of the Blue Whale can expand to 3.5 feet. That is noteworthy because it means the Blue Whale has the second biggest asshole in the world, after Kentucky's Turtle Mitch.
Popular Vote and SCOTUS Boxscore
The Reich Wing has lost the popular vote in 6 out of 7 recent Presidential elections.
Their unearned prize. The Reich Wing has gotten to nominate and appoint 15 out of 19 most recent SCOTUS judges.
Rigged.
The Reich Wing Senate has fully endorsed a SCOTUS nominee before even knowing who that is.
Chump took advantage of this and nominated a ham sandwich.
The Reich Wing is quite aware that,
without the Electoral College, the United States would have had a President from the Democratic Party for the last 27 years.
Altering the Court
For all the hand wringing by folks in D.C. about institutional norms, here is the reality, at least as I see it.
If the number of justices is not changed when or if, the Dems have power this is the horrific reality. Despite demographic and attitude changes in the country a 6-3 SCOTUS will strike down every piece of progressive legislation for the next, at least, 2 decades. The Reich Wing has long planned for the eventuality they can't win a democratic election.
The Republican "Commanders" have long understood that the most contentious of issues will be settled, not by legislators, but by SCOTUS.
This is not about retribution, although I like that, it's about the very survival of all long-term progressive goals.
A question about the upcoming debate.
Does anyone know if there is going to be a studio audience in the 1st debate (Cleveland)?
