Wake me when it's over: "Las Vegas strip club to feature Melania Trump look-alike"

Las Vegas strip club to feature Melania Trump look-alike

Las Vegas strip clubs are no strangers to gimmicky promotions, and next month Little Darlings will feature a look-alike of future first lady Melania Trump. She will be dancing Jan. 6 and 7, according to a news release from the club.

“Even though we’re known worldwide as the unparalleled leader in live adult entertainment, this might be our biggest feature performance of the year,” said Ron Nady, the club’s manager. “...Here at Little Darlings, we admire and respect women instead of insulting them. In that vein, we worked tirelessly to find the sexiest Melania Trump look-alike we could, and I think we found one who’s spot on.”

Nady said the club has extended a VIP invitation to President-elect Donald Trump to attend.

House Speaker backs probe of cyber threats on U.S. election process

Source: Reuters

U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan said he supported effort by the House Intelligence Committee to examine cyber threats posed to the American democratic process by foreign governments, but that such efforts should not cast doubt on U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's victory.

"Any foreign intervention in our elections is entirely unacceptable. And any intervention by Russia is especially problematic," Ryan said in a statement on Monday.

Trump "has really cool stuff in his office." Except for that FACE. Can you imagine?

On Monday, Carly Fiorina blessed us with an expert tutorial on the art of sucking up.

After the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard met with President-elect Donald Trump ― who is reportedly considering her for the position of director of national intelligence despite her lack of experience in that area ― Fiorina shamelessly heaped praise on the man who once mocked her face and instilled horror in her.

“First I want to say, he has really cool stuff in his office,” Fiorina told reporters after the meeting at Trump Tower. “All of these athletes have given him all this incredible memorabilia. I was particular taken by Shaq O’Neal shoe, which is huge.”

“I guess it takes a champion to know a champion,” she added, referring to her former primary rival.

WASHINGTON — The race for the Republican presidential nomination came to a head Wednesday as outsider candidates who have surged in the polls since the first GOP debate last month hurled personal insults at each other.

In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine published on Wednesday, current GOP frontrunner Donald Trump was quoted remarking about the appearance of former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, the only woman in the Republican field, when she appeared on his television set.

“Look at that face!” the real estate mogul said. “Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president?!”

Shocking, just SHOCKING! A conflict of interest for Trump Cabinet pick, the beloved Elaine Chao?

President-elect Donald Trump has named Elaine L. Chao to head the U.S. Department of Transportation, overseeing the nation’s vast network of highways, railroads and airports. The job also means leading the Maritime Administration, which supervises the shipping industry and has as one of its primary missions to advocate for American-owned ships to fly the U.S. flag.

That could pose a conflict for Chao, whose family owns a shipping business that, while headquartered in New York, operates 17 ships flagged in Liberia and Hong Kong. The ships are owned by subsidiaries of the main business, now called Foremost Group, and most of the subsidiaries are registered in the Marshall Islands, a secretive jurisdiction where companies disclose little about their finances or officers.

Chao, 63, has not worked for Foremost Group except for a two-year stint before going to Harvard Business School. A spokeswoman for Chao said there’s no conflict between her duties as secretary of transportation and her ties to her family’s company, stressing that Chao has no “ownership stake” in Foremost.

Financial disclosure statements filed by Chao when she was George W. Bush’s Secretary of Labor from 2001 to 2009 declare no interest in the company, nor do disclosure statements filed by her husband, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky.

Trump cannot FATHOM why the Russian thing wasn't brought up before election. Sad! Not fair.

Unless you catch "hackers" in the act, it is very hard to determine who was doing the hacking. Why wasn't this brought up before election?

U.S. government officially accuses Russia of hacking campaign to interfere with elections

By Ellen Nakashima October 7

The Obama administration on Friday officially accused Russia of attempting to interfere in the 2016 elections, including by hacking the computers of the Democratic National Committee and other political organizations.

The denunciation, made by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Homeland Security, came as pressure was growing from within the administration and some lawmakers to publicly name Moscow and hold it accountable for actions apparently aimed at sowing discord around the election.

“The U.S. Intelligence Community is confident that the Russian Government directed the recent compromises of e-mails from U.S. persons and institutions, including from U.S. political organizations,” said a joint statement from the two agencies. “.?.?. These thefts and disclosures are intended to interfere with the U.S. election process.”

The public finger-pointing was welcomed by senior Democratic and Republican lawmakers, who also said they now expect the administration to move to punish the Kremlin as part of an effort to deter further acts by its hackers.

Kellyanne Conway defends Tillersons Russia ties: It's not like hes pounding down vodka with Putin

Kellyanne Conway defends Tillerson’s Russia ties: ‘It’s not like he’s pounding down vodka with Putin’

http://www.rawstory.com/2016/12/kellyanne-conway-defends-tillersons-russia-ties-its-not-like-hes-pounding-down-vodka-with-putin/

Former Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway went on Good Morning America on Monday to defend Rex Tillerson, her boss’s potential pick for Secretary of State, who has come under fire for his ties to the Russian government.

While Conway acknowledged that Tillerson has had multiple dealings with Russian President Vladimir Putin over the years, she said that this was a positive quality, as he could work to help make deals with Russia on the American people’s behalf.

“Rex Tillerson has dealt with Russia for many years,” she said. “It’s not like he’s pounding down vodka with Vladimir Putin at the local bar, but he’s dealt with him in a business context. And we know we don’t have a good relationship with many countries around the globe, including Russia. If, as Secretary of State, Mr. Tillerson — or whomever the president-elect chooses this week — if he can go ahead and improve U.S. relationships and advance U.S. interests, and advance the Trump doctrine, then we should all welcome that.”

Host George Stephanopoulos noted that several key Republican senators — including John McCain and Marco Rubio — have already expressed major reservations about Tillerson’s appointment.

Tweets from Trump expressing his anger over Obama missing intel briefings. Many people are saying!

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/trump-obama-intelligence-briefings_us_584dd82fe4b04c8e2bb053b3?32xqjiy70s7wg66r

President-elect Donald Trump on Sunday claimed that he does not need to attend daily intelligence briefings from U.S. officials because, as he put it, “I am, like, a smart person.”

Trump has reportedly been receiving the classified briefings only about once per week, when typically, presidents receive them six days per week.

“I get it when I need it,” he told Fox News’ Chris Wallace. “I don’t need to be told ... the same thing every day, every morning ― same words. ‘Sir, nothing has changed. Let’s go over it again.’ I don’t need that.”

But Trump used to complain about President Barack Obama skipping the briefings — in typical Trump fashion, tweeting his criticisms.

Jeanine Pirro fondly recalls how, in 2008 "we" ALL "united behind the flag" and Barack Obama

Fox’s Judge Jeanine has bonkers rant: If you investigate Russian 2016 hacking, you’re against America

http://www.rawstory.com/2016/12/watch-in-unhinged-rant-foxs-judge-jeanine-says-if-youre-against-trump-youre-against-america/

Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro posted an unhinged, all-caps rant directed at Pres. Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and anyone asking for greater scrutiny of Russia’s role in the 2016 election.

“WE HAVE A NEW PRESIDENT ELECT…. HIS NAME IS DONALD J TRUMP. SO MOVE OVER BARACK,” Pirro wrote.

“MOVE OVER HILLARY, HARRY, JILL AND ALL YOU NAMBY PAMBY PATHETIC LOSERS STILL CRYING IN YOUR GRANDE DOUBLE SHOT SKINNY LATTES,” she fumed.

“THERE WAS A TIME IN THIS COUNTRY WHEN WE UNITED BEHIND THE FLAG IN CELEBRATION OF AMERICA’S NEW PRESIDENT, OUR NEW LEADER, WE ALL DID SO IN 2008 WHEN BARACK OBAMA WAS ELECTED. WE HAD HIGH HOPES FOR A UNITED COUNTRY, IRRESPECTIVE OF OUR POLITICS. AND IT’S TIME FOR THE LEFT, ASSUMING THEY ARE CAPABLE, TO SHOW THE SAME DIGNITY AND CLASS TO THE 45TH PRESIDENT-ELECT,” she said.

Trump favorite for State Dept. John Bolton tries to shift 2016 hacking blame from Russia to Obama

Trump favorite for State Dept. John Bolton tries to shift 2016 hacking blame from Russia to Obama

http://www.rawstory.com/2016/12/trump-favorite-for-state-dept-john-bolton-tries-to-shift-2016-hacking-blame-from-russia-to-obama/

TheHill.com reported that Bolton told Fox News’ Eric Shawn, “It is not at all clear to me, just viewing this from the outside, that this hacking into the DNC and the RNC was not a false flag operation.”

“We just don’t know,” he said.

A “false flag” attack is when a government or armed group attack their allies or stage a phony attack in order to stir up aggression against an enemy.

Bolton — who Pres. George W. Bush appointed as ambassador to the United Nations in a 2005 recess appointment after Congress refused to confirm him — professed to believe that Russia is being unfairly maligned as part of a master plan by Democrats.

In all fairness, a daily intelligence briefing would cut into Trump's valuable p*ssy-grabbing time

“I don’t have to be told ― you know, I’m, like, a smart person. I don’t have to be told the same thing in the same words every single day,” Trump said in an interview airing on “Fox News Sunday.” “I don’t need to be told ... the same thing every day, every morning ― same words. ‘Sir, nothing has changed. Let’s go over it again.’ I don’t need that.”

Trump is reportedly only receiving an intelligence briefing just once a week. The president-elect said the people who are giving him the briefings are “very good people” and that he was always available if something changed. He also said that Vice President-elect Mike Pence was receiving the briefings.

President Barack Obama has a briefing six days a week.
