We need to pass laws to stop every kind of voter suppression. This is very important.

There should never be a reason to file suit to stop the counting of votes. There should be no means for anyone to stop the tabulation of votes.
We need 2 weeks of early voting. Holiday for national elections. We need same day registration. No undercover poll tax bologna. A set number of polling places to ensure there are NO 10 hour marathon lines to vote. Absolutely no one can be near a polling place to intimidate voters.

NY AG has a message for trump.

Appearing on MSNBC on Saturday morning with host Ali Velshi, New York Attorney General Letitia James said her office is proceeding with investigations into Donald Trump and his family whether he wins re-election or not.

According to James, her first concern is making sure there is no election interference in New York on Tuesday, before assuring the MSNBC host that the Justice Department can’t interfere with her when it comes to the Trump Organization and financial improprieties.

Why you shouldn't use FedEx or UPS to return your ballot.

The Postal Service recently warned state election officials that ballot delivery could be significantly delayed because of the record number of mail-in ballots expected during the pandemic. But America's two major private delivery companies say they're unwilling to step in and handle the flood of mail-in ballots -- and they advised voters against using their services for ballot delivery.

Not sure that anyone would try to send their ballot this way, but with all of the suppression efforts and time running out, thought it worth putting out there.
