Anti road rage

Its rush hour bumper to bumper traffic on the freeway. A truck pulls over on the shoulder in front of me, 2 guys get out and run behind my car and start pointing/motioning to a car behind me. Turns out there was a car in another lane that was stalled and they were trying to get through traffic to push it onto the shoulder. What I thought was about to be a case of a road rage fight turned into a case of "road polite".

Any ideas why Romney or Paul Ryan didn't throw their hats in the race?

It seems like either one could have ran away with the nomination and taken another run at the presidency. I get they didn't have the desire to run at the start, but at the point when Trump was leading, wouldn't they think "This is a joke, I can easily win this thing"?

...on the game of thrones season 7 postponement. The official reason given is they need to shoot later in the year to capture winter scenes. So far they have had many winter scenes which have been in Iceland and they have always had plenty of snow. Do they honestly need it to snow in Ireland, wait for the day that happens, and hope to get in all the right takes? It seems kind of stupid... I'm pretty sure they manufacture snow rather than depend on weather reports for their snow.

It sounds like a BS excuse to me, but I have no knowledge of the industry so anyone involved in film making please enlighten me

Sharing Netflix and HBO passwords is now a federal crime

"The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals last week ruled that sharing online passwords is a crime prosecutable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act."

Which not only includes friends, but also family, spouses, and significant others. So technically I now have to leave the living room when my wife wants to watch Netflix, and she has to leave the room when I want to watch HBOgo, or we are committing a felony.... wtf??

The matter did not become a court case until after their daughter was born on Jan. 20, 1995, and Jones began receiving welfare on the daughter's behalf. Under federal guidelines, counties must make an effort to determine the identity of the father of any child on welfare and collect child support from him to offset the welfare payments.

That's exactly what San Luis Obispo County did.
