These are my questions for Hillary and Bernie:
For Hillary:
There has been a lot of talk about illegal immigration. When you were Sec of State, your consulates normally deny legal visas to the US for any reason and no reason. My wife was denied a B2 visa and it almost cost us our honeymoon. Now we are going for her green card and, after a long time and almost $3000, we're no where near getting it while waiting for her K3 visa. However, if she were getting an H-1B visa, she would be streamlined to acceptance. This makes the system impossible and actually encourages illegal immigration and people overstaying visas. There are literally thousands of people in my position. As Sec. of State, you did little to make this process less cumbersome and demeaning to both the American and foreigner. As president, how will you address LEGAL immigration problems so families won't be separated for months at a time waiting for the US Government to approve? If my wife did not have her B2 visa, we would be separated until she got her K3 visa.
For Bernie:
You have addressed illegal immigration. I am an American, my wife is a Chinese national. I want to know, as president, how will you address the demeaning and cumbersome process of people who legally want to immigrate to this country so families won't separated, but workers can get streamlined? The system we have now is beyond expensive, time consuming and actually encourages immigrants to break the law and come illegal or overstay visas.
My wife has made a major decision RE: Immigration
She got her green card approval. She's going to Guangzhou for the K3 visa interview and to get her visa packet for the green card.
After we buy the house in Northern Virginia, my wife has decided to go for her American citizenship. She will give up her Chinese citizenship to become an American.
I did not force her (in fact, I tried to talk her out of it). But she decided the benefits outweigh the bad.
So, in a little while, I will be introducing my wife as the newest American citizen.
I just did something I've only done two other times in my life
I voted FOR a candidate rather than against the other guy!
I just submitted my scanned absentee ballot to the Pima County Recorder's office for Bernie Sanders and had an ear-to-ear smile on my face clicking "send."

My wife has spent the last two weeks in tears. I am in Malaysia working right now and can't help back. She knows and accepts this. I am stuck here.

My father in law is in a Chinese jail for embezzlement and fraud. He has screwed his daughter and his wife.
In the process, the plans of buying a house (which is still a go) and bringing her parents to live with us in No. VA is now up in the air (because I do not know how the Dept. of State deals with convicted felons and visas). My mother in law will not have a problem. My father in law may.
He confessed to doing it. And China has a 99.6% conviction rate. He's looking at 3-5 years.
Yes, I will be able to support the family with my screenwriting and movie producing, but I need a shoulder right now.
I am beside myself and I don't know what to do.
Donald Trump Supporters File Lawsuit to Declare Ted Cruz Ineligible for White House

A group of Donald Trump supporters have filed a lawsuit asking a judge to rule that fellow GOP candidate Ted Cruz is ineligible for the office of president.
The suit, filed in Alabama, seeks to declare that Cruz “is ineligible to qualify/run/seek and be elected to the Office of the President of the United States of America,” according to papers obtained by Washington blog The Hill.
The pack of Trump devotees seeks the ruling on the grounds that Cruz was born in Calgary, Canada, albeit to an American mother.
