At least 1.6 million, possibly 2.4 million of the remainin democrat votes still to be counted in CA.

At a post-election forum on Thursday in Sacramento, Padilla said the final turnout number won't be known for several days. "We don't know how many ballots were postmarked on or before election day that are in the process of arriving, still in the window to be processed and counted and added to the tally," Padilla said.

66% of the 5 million votes on June 7th were democrat (3.5 to 1.5 mil). There are 2.4 unprocessed votes with more being reported (8.9 million in total, that's 4 million potentially or 1.6 million unaccounted for), both democrat or republican. With that you have about 2.4 - 4 million times 0.66 = 1.6 - 2.4 million democrat votes to be processed.

Hillary Clinton has presumably won the nomination or will at the End of July at the Convention.

I'm ok with this, I'm not ok with the oblivious reaction that I read and hear over and over about the email investigation. Not a single supporter of Hillary Clinton seems to care that she may have broken the law or several. It has been debunked, she was allowed the private server, it was for convenience, and a mistake. She's sorry and that's that, no matter the FBI has an open investigation and the State Department of which she ran, released a report that debunked many of her statements.

You can continue to laugh and rub it in my face that Sanders most likely lost, but realize that you may have been ignorant and/or uncritical of facts. Perhaps filing them all in the Conservative Attack folder, none of it could possibly be true because it's coming from the Republicans, right?

Anyway, I'll probably take the chicken come November, Trump's steaks look disgusting.

Why Hillary Clinton Could Face Indictments and How This Makes Bernie Sanders Nominee

It’s a crime under the Espionage Act to willingly, or inadvertently, transfer 22 Top Secret emails from secure State Department servers, to an unguarded private server. Clinton’s server was unencrypted for three months.

Under the Espionage Act, “gross negligence” is enough to prosecute, so intent isn’t needed when evaluating the harm done to national security from an unencrypted private server containing Top Secret emails. Simply claiming ignorance, or disinterest, or naiveté in using a private server isn’t enough to circumvent criminal indictments under the Espionage Act.

Therefore, the basis for imminent indictments rests upon the fact that neither the State Department, nor the president gave Clinton the authority to use a private server.

Her breakthrough is often buried or disregarded. There are many reasons for that, some good and some foolish, some her fault and some not. But the fact remains: A major political party is going to have a woman at the top of the national ticket.

Apologists for Hillary Clinton’s alleged criminal mishandling of classified documents say that it doesn’t matter, that she really did nothing wrong, or nothing significant. But the real question is not so much what she did as how she has responded to being found out.

Never mind that at 21, Clinton sounded like Bernie Sanders. “We feel that for too long our leaders have viewed politics as the art of the possible,” said the woman who later ran against Obama and Sanders as the realist in the room.

Back in the 1990s, Clinton was an undisputed pioneer — a transformational or at least transitional figure who ushered in the era of the first lady as feminist, activist and presidential partner. Now, on the brink of a far more profound advance for women, even if some of us can’t summon unalloyed joy, at the very least we owe Clinton recognition and respect. She’s done it. She’s made history.

I saw some heroic acts in combat in Vietnam, things that made me proud to be an American and a Marine. Clinton is the antithesis of that young captain (he left top secret codes out/unencrypted for anyone to look at resulting in the entire military changing their codes as a precaution), someone with no honor, little courage and commitment only to her endless ambition. This has nothing to do with gender, party affiliation, ideology or policy. It is a question of character — not just hers, but ours. Electing Clinton would mean abandoning holding people accountable for grievous errors of integrity and responsibility. What we already know about her security infractions should disqualify her for any government position that deals in information critical to mission success, domestic or foreign. But beyond that, her responses to being found out — dismissing its importance, claiming ignorance, blaming others — indict her beyond anything the investigation can reveal. Those elements reveal her character. And the saddest thing is that so many in America seems not to care.
