3Hotdogs's JournalWhy isn't the justice department prosecuting his orange ass? N.Y. Att'y General James proved tax fraud.
You file the same numbers in your federal tax returns as you do in your state returns. The same fraud must have been committed in both filings.
Now the I.R.S. has spent years in the audit of his tax returns... or so he says as a reason why he isn't able to release them.
So, a simple question: " What da fuck?"
What song/music, would you like played at your funeral/memorial service?
Me: Iots of blue grass. Maybe some Hank Williams. Finish with slow, sad Irish stuff with the uilleann pipes.
I also want it loud.
No, I ain't planning to go nowhere soon. Just thinkin' aloud --- fact is, not even doing that. Just typing loud. You're probably gonna have to put up with me for a few more years.
How long do you want to live to? At first, the question seems silly. We all want to live as long as we can.
But then consider. How many of your family and friends will still be around? Will it still be a full life without them? What will your physical condition be at, say 105?
How often do you think about your first love? She comes into my head a couple of times a month.
--- been 50 years since. I sometimes wonder if she's ok? Had a good life? Thinks about me? What our lives would have been....
How about you?
Well of course Black people identify with him. Getting discriminated against and prosecuted because of
the color of one's skin ---- Black people and Orange people share the same negative experiences in our society.
I hear he's organizing a civil rights group: N.O.P.E. National Orange People Excel.
I ain't a lawyer. But is the relationship between a prosecutor and a special prosecutor that is hired by the prosecutor
a relationship that generally would not take place? What is the basis of the ethical question? Would this be acceptable in other courtrooms with criminal cases?
So my friend buys houses (Pa. and N.j.) off of H.U.D. and tax foreclosures.
He puts $10 -15K into 'em and puts 'em back on the market. He's done about 75 of these over the years. Most of them go well.
---sometimes, there is a glitch.
So he buys one in northern N.J. Then he goes to the house the next day to open the door and see what needs to be done to get it up for sale.
But there's a beat-up pick-up truck in the driveway that wasn't there a few days before. He knocks on the door and tells the guy who answers that he has to vacate.
Response: "I'm a sovereign citizen. I don't have to leave."
So my friend calls the cops who say he needs a court order to vacate. He gets that and cops wait until the truck with expired registration is out of the driveway to allow my friend to replace the lock --- hoping to avoid a conflict. Unfortunately, the guy's wife and kid were in the truck and the guy is still inside. This results in a 12 hour standoff. It ends at 1 a.m.
Finally, the guy agrees to leave. He is arrested and charged with trespass and a few other misdemeanor offenses, then released, pending a future court appearance.
Next day, my friend goes into the house and there is a shit load of guns and ammo in the house. Cops are called back and they collect the weapons. Cops want to file new charges but he is nowhere to be found.
I will update if there are new developments.
