If I were a gambler I'd bet the deed to the penthouse that tRump is NOT taking Hydroxychloroquine.

He made the announcement to drive sales as his supporters flock to their doctors to request it.

His announcement comes right around the time Republican Rep. Roger Marshall, an obstetrician who is running for Senate in Kansas, recommends the drug to everyone over 65.

You have to KNOW they and their cronies have bought stock and are just waiting for sales to skyrocket and stocks to surge.

Can't help but wonder what it's going to look like when the debris left by this regime settles.

It feels like a take down of everything good we believed we were as a country and a grinding of the heel on the places we were already broken.

Daily, so much of my mind's been occupied with listening for the other shoe to drop from what seems like an endless supply of shoes.
I realized today I've been so busy thinking about what I don't want (current occupant of Oval Office and all that means) that I haven't spent time envisioning what I do want, not just for President but for us as a nation.
I'm going to spend some time each day to imagine a country where all the things we've petitioned for and voted for and worked for will come to pass.

I was so busy watching stories of the worst of what we have to offer each other and the world that I took my eyes off all the goodness that is here living in the hearts of Americans. Of us. We have so many heroes in our midst. Some of them make the news but most of our heroes are the quiet ones. They go about the business of making the world a better place by making kindness a priority. They do it by caring. That's who we really are. Millions and millions of us.

We're evolving as a nation and it's not easy when not everyone wants to move into the future. We're headed that way none the less and I'm going to enjoy envisioning it. Then, if I live to be very old, to see it come to pass.

tRump outbid states for PPEs and increased virus deaths. Will he do the same with food supplies?

Is there any reason to believe he can be trusted with the nation's food supply?

I have this recurring fantasy of a nation wide protest by senior citizens

We can have burn barrel fires where confederate flags and swastikas are burned.
Those of us who can still do it will take a knee during the National Anthem.
And to top it all off, the protest will be completely silent. No one will say a word.

We'll carry signs that say; I helped build this economy for 50 years.
Now pro-lifers want me to die for it.

Question: If Pence and others in WH were exposed to COVID19, shouldn't they all be in quarantine

for 14 days?
Or does the White House have a stockpile of tests stashed away so they can all be tested every day? And, if not, why do they all walk around without masks?

Grim Florida Records Recount Lonely Deaths at Home

Source: New York Times

A 71-year-old woman with nausea who was sent home from the emergency room, even though a doctor wanted to admit her. A 63-year-old nurse who was self-isolating while she waited for results from her coronavirus test. A 77-year-old man who was prescribed antibiotics by a doctor in another state for his fever and dry cough.
All were found unresponsive at home — the nurse on the sofa, where she was found by her husband — their lives claimed by Covid-19 before they ever had a chance to check into the hospital.

The New York Times and other news outlets obtained the descriptions of the deaths — the first such statewide data from anywhere in the country — through a public records request. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement, which oversees the state Medical Examiners Commission, redacted the 203 pages to keep the descriptions and probable causes of death private.
Florida has some of the strongest laws in the nation protecting the public’s right to view government records. Complete information from medical examiners on deaths has never before been kept secret. But the administration of Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, has not been eager to release some coronavirus records. The state also initially refused to release information on nursing homes where outbreaks occurred.

I know a couple of Right Wingnuts who insist Liberals are being manipulated and incited to Civil War

WTF?

Mean while, there's the camo wearing, weapon carrying sheep confusing governance with tyranny on the part of the states. They're ready to "defend Democracy" and jail governors while pretending the size of their jockstraps are somehow confirmed by their AK47s, the Russian made weapons that substitute for all their insecurities.

I ask them, what will us yoga mat carrying, Sushi eating liberals do to incite a war? Throw Tofu at the Capitol Building Screamers?

How did things get so crazy so fast?
