These city officials are very impressive concerning their community policing efforts and management of their protests. The initial phone registration clearance is very thorough and that just gets you cleared to apply. Instructions and other documents are mailed to you. Jail time for fraud and ATTEMPTED fraud.

I listened to the audio of the tape that was played on various news outlets. It sounded to me like the once the cop shooter said "I shot him!" One of the other cops shouted "HOOYAAH!!" (the Marine shout) to which the cop who shot the victim yelled "YEAH!" It was like both were shouting some kind of victory yell.

Did anyone else hear the same thing?

There has got to be a better way to register for the FEMA funeral assistance.

The line is either not working or busy. I tried for a solid 30 mins, one call after another, always busy or the call did not go through.
