Biophilic
Biophilic's JournalMy high school class in 1964 had 57 people.
One of those was kind, gentle guy from a farm family west of the city. He was a very talented artist, but obviously his family didnt have the funds for Art School. He went to Nam instead. He didnt return. I think about Paul often. He was a special human being.
Wow!! If my little town is any indication No Kings is a huge success.
Todays group is at least 4x the last ones size. It was sooo wonderful and uplifting to see. Ive got a knee that wont let me walk far. Drive my car and honked the whole length. Those people out there are wonderful!!
Does anyone know anything about the Southern Progress PAC?
Im being inundated with emails from them various candidates. I usually just unsubscribe from this type of email. No trouble. EXCEPT you cant unsubscribe from the Southern Progress PAC. Im furious and I hate the fact that democratic candidates are using this tactic. Supposedly if you sign up you can control whats coming to you. That was a lie also. So far none of the candidates asking for support (money) are in my state, but I have to tell you I would be hard pressed to vote for a candidate that used this tactic.
Per my CVS in Florida.
Everyone requires a prescription for Covid shots. No exceptions, no special circumstances. The first person I talked with agreed that Id probably need to make an appointment with my doctor. But the gal who gave me the flu shot said most doctors were simply calling them in when requested by their patients.
But, in Florida, you have to have a doctor to get a Covid shot. Wonderful.
Florida is going to be a hot bed of sickness this winter.
A couple of someone's snuck in a couple of last minute hearts.
Thank you. Ive spent most of this last week either in the hospital, appts before, and now recovering from heart surgery. Mostly Ive stayed out of the discussions etc., but Ive very much appreciated the hearts. Supposedly Im good for another few years. Who knows. 😂
Thank you for my star. Lovely way to wake up.
Thank you for the stars. They do feel good.
Thank you for my stars. They feel yummy.
I heard from George McGovern.
I had left him an email note several months ago. He said to pass the information on to everyone else. He has contracted Parkinson Syndrome. He said he and his wife were adjusting but it isnt easy.
I miss his photographs both the sunsets, but also the ones around his ranch. Sigh.
