Party over principle or Principle over party?

I think I want principle over party, because at this point, I want issues that needs to be addressed properly, and it no longer matters to me if there's an Party label behind the name.

There are three factions of the Democratic Party. The progressives, the centrists, and the corporatists.

The progressives prefer principle over party, and the latter two seem to go with Party over principle...

It's not about Democrats vs Republicans anymore...

It's about the 1% vs the 99%.
