Dysfunctional
Dysfunctional's JournalI have a question about Medicare.
I am 100% service-connected disabled and receive all of my medical needs through the VA. Is there any reason for me to keep my Medicare or should I drop it and get another $164 a month?
I could use some legal advice. An employee of AT&T stole an Apple watch and put it on my account.
I made out a fraud report and I received an email from AT&T on 7/17/2022 stating it was a fraud and would be taken care of within 2 months. It hasn't been taken care of and they wrote me today that if I don't send them $225.95 my service for my phone would be suspended. Does anyone know if I would have a case if I took them to small claims court? I am a service-connected mentally disabled army veteran.
I am sure the Supreme Court will not even bother with this, because of the cost.
But if they agree, I will get at least partial payment for an additional 28 years. I won't hold my breath. I saw a psychiatrist while in the army. I was told that his findings were that I was homesick. It wasn't until 1995 when I could no longer work at all and went to the VA for medical, that I learned that the psychiatrist had found me to have anxiety disorder and was bipolar. After leaving the service, I was homeless for 3 years and also off and on. Mostly I had part time jobs when I did work.

EBT down and I haven't seen any news. Did I miss this on DU?
EBT is still down this morning. I am not on it but I know people that are. Neighbors are helping them buy food and food banks are open.
