I used to think Sen. Mullen was "King of the Trump Toadies" but I gotta hand it to Speaker Johnson, nobody uses the power of his office to kowtow in the most subservient manner to protect an adulterous, draft-dodging, life-long con-man, that bragged about walking through the dressing rooms of teen beauty pageants and holding "parties" where Epstein was the only guest. Just because Trump boasted about "grabbing women by the..."
privates) and is a Convicted Felon, doesn't mean that Speaker Johnson won't lay down for our traitorous president--after a suitable amount of prayer, of course... (I have a gift for understatement.)

As the TW chose to censor my comments here (twice, although perfectly accurate) I'l just say I'm extremely disappointed in Speaker Johnson taking steps to help cover up nefarious behavior.
As I have a daughter that was the right age to have been an Epstein victim, I am very interest in having all the facts come out, including identifying those that aided and abetted Epstein. It's my understanding that many or most of the Oklahoma's politicians have daughters and I expect they'd want to get to the bottom of this sordid affair.

This was censored, despite my understatement...

Trump's Mother-In-Law
Condolences to Melania and family. That said, has it been determined where Mrs. Knavs final resting place will be?
The victim of "chain migration," Melania's Mum deserves a prominent place on one of the Trump Properties, subject to the tax implications of the placement. Mar-a-Lago is the obvious choice, but there are others. And I understand Florida usuals are becoming tricky with rising sea levels and all....
I'd like my remains spread around Mar-a-Largo, but not be cremated. Who do I talk to to make it happen?
Hern's dream fizzles...
My personal Rep. in Congress (from Tulsa) was briefly fantasizing about being Speaker. Coming to grips, hopefully as a result of my saying mean things about him in the comments of the Tulsa World, he has withdrawn from consideration.
As being a congressman has been a side hustle for him, being speaker would cut into his active stock trading...
I'm thinking His feeding at the public trough--$2.7 million PPP forgiven, while bitching about Biden's student loan program, and voting for tax breaks that favored rich guys like himself, all the while complaining about deficits, was something folks beside me couldn't abide.
If he wants to stay relevant, I hear Trump will be looking for a new valet soon. I'll offer my endorsement.

My delegation's unqualified Academy Nominations...
On 8/21/23 Congressman Hern posted on FaceBook: I hosted a great Service Academy Day at my Tulsa office for students who are interested in going to one of our five military academies
Like Hern, I am encouraged that some of Oklahomas best and brightest seek admission to these elite institutions. A calling to support and defend the Constitution
is most admirable.
The problem: Rep. Hern, together with Senators Lankford and Mullin, are tasked with making nominations to these honorable institutions but have forfeited their credibility to do so.
The academies have strict honor codes that replicate or strongly paraphrase the Honor Code of West Point: "A Cadet will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do."
The two Oklahoma Senators and my Congressman are insufficiently honorable to select students to attend the Academies.
Putting aside the fact that served in the Armed Forces, these politicians have LIED about the 2020 presidential election, in an attempt to CHEAT the winner of a free and fair election, to STEAL the American presidency for Trump. Even if their actions were interpreted as legitimate, can there be any doubt that they have TOLERATED the lying, cheating, and stealing, of Donald Trump.
Senators and Congressmen take a very similar oath to the Military. These men have disgraced their offices and should NOT be the ones to make academy nominations. Like Trump, they should be disqualified from even holding office as outlined in section 3 of 14th Amendment of the Constitution.

Hunter's gun charge...
Written to my Oklahoma senators as a comment in TulsaWorld:
Why haven't Senators Mullin and Lankford been rushing toward the microphones to defend Hunter Biden against the obviously bogus gun charge he has been so unfairly hit with. Who knew there was such a thing as a "felony crime of being a drug user in possession of a gun"? How can our senators think this is a problem as they no doubt they believe that there aren't enough guns around, domestic abusers should be armed, convicted felons should be armed and the age for owning firearms should be lowered?
Come on guys, help a brother out and speak out in Hunter Biden's defense! Don't you think he has a right to enter your offices with a military style AK-47 with extended clips as anybody else?
