"Evangelicals"- Where Is Your Outrage?

To all those on the alt-right/ Evangelicals who wrap themselves up in the Bible, my question is simple: How can you still endorse a man who, without a second's hesitation, would commit sexual battery on your wife or daughter? The hypocrisy is appalling. You dare lecture progressives because we want women to have control over their bodies, and would allow LGBT people to live in peace and without any legal discrimination. Yet you coddle and enable this Neanderthal. You need to look deep inside yourselves, and realize if you still support DT your are living a lie. Don't you ever dare criticize anyone else for their social viewpoints if you persist in supporting DT. To the Evangelicals who still endorse this creep: This upcoming piece of tape where DT casually uses "nigger" will make no difference either, will it? Fundamentalist religious sectarian hatred is the cause of most of the world's conflicts, because fundamentalists can not be reasoned with. RJM

Hey Assange- do you want Trump?

Hey Julian- you need to put a lid on it. Some of the stuff you have published has been of value, but smearing Clinton will do nothing but help get Trump elected. Is that what you want? I don't really care what you have or think you have. Unfortunately, we are faced with a choice of Clinton or Trump, or wasting a vote on one of the minor candidates. In any reality, I'll take Clinton over "The Donald" any day. This country is fed up enough to actually elect that narcissistic creep, which scares me to the core. He is an empty vessel, most kids in elementary school know more about geopolitics than he does. Like Hitler, he is scapegoating, while making diffuse promises of "I'll fix everything. Just trust me". He's not as sick as Adolph, but they have more in common than not. So Assange, do us all a favor and shut up. My choice didn't get the nomination; so it goes. A Trump as POTUS would be like Dubya on steroids. I simply can't believe people fall for his crap. His promises, if carried out, would be the largest expansion of federal spending since the New Deal. He's going to do all that, AND cut taxes too. Of course you are, because you are The Donald. Assange is an egotist as well- but if he really does his thing to help people, then he needs to shut up about Clinton. RJM

What Is Wrong With Us? Iraq-Afghanistan-Nigeria-Syria-Israel/Palestine

DU'ers- Why no outrage? Obama told us he would have us out of Iraq and Afghanistan before his end of term. I don't care what is happening on the ground- what good will another extension of a large number of American ground troops do? Vietnam deja vu- if these people are not ready to defend their country after 10+ years of intensive training, they obviously never will. Obama has let true progressives down so many times. He is simply another mainstream, corporatist Democrat. A dolphin on the Democatic POTUS ticket would have got elected in 2008. "Obamacare" simply makes the biggest, richest insurance companies even bigger and richer. Back to Afghanistan and Nigeria- now we are sending troops to fight Boko Haram. Are they fundamentalist sociopaths? Yes. Is it our problem? No. We will never, ever find common ground with mainstream Islam until we denounce the illegal Zionist settlements, cut military aid to Israel and funnel the savings into development of a Palestinian state, and stop our military interventions into sectarian fueled wars worldwide. We need to GET OUT of Iraq, Afghansistan, stop meddling in Syria, and leave Africa to its' own fate. Our troubles here demand our money and attention. We have sat by and watched a POTUS be illegally installed by the SCOTUS, another POTUS election stolen in Ohio, and we continue on pissing away billions in foreign aid and military operations, while our infrastructure crumbles around our ears. The generation that fought WWII, from which volunteers emerged to fight the fascists in the Spanish civil war, would NEVER have sat around and allowed any of this. What is wrong with us?
