Merrick Garland is methodical

I would think that most of the DOJ is aware that if this case isn’t a 100% grand slam that it could be the end of their careers and a revenge campaign against them by Republicans when they regain power. I am sure that they used the Mueller Investigation’s mistakes to draw up a solid game plan.

Should Dems trade leniency for legislation?

Would you be in favor of Democrats using potential criminal charges against Republicans in the 1/6 insurrection as leverage in order to get 60 votes on voting rights and Build Back Better Legislation passed?

We do know that are more than 300 Republican congresspeople, White House cabinet aids and staff were involved in the planning and coordination in the insurrection but we are not certain that everyone involved will be charged or even investigated. Just an investigation into their actions could be damaging. But in the event that is a great possibility of criminality should Democrats show leniency in various levels exchange for passage of Legislation, especially now that Sinema has blocked all hopes?
I am not suggesting a clean slate by no means only SOME LENIENCY.
Would you do it?

Tell Ted Cruz we ain't playing a game of chicken, this is demolition derby.

If Republicans can wreck the world economy that will put the well-being of common people around the world in jeopardy, why can’t Dems wreck the filibuster?

Republicans can’t raise the debt ceiling without Democrats once that vote is blocked either. Democrats will still have a majority in the house and senate.

If Republicans want to block a debt ceiling vote in December then don’t fight them. Once they block the vote the pressure is all on them. Dems should use that as an opportunity to pass filibuster reform then the moment it passes vote on the complete Biden agenda telling Manchin and Sinema that Democrats will not raise the debt ceiling if they do not vote with democrats on the entire package.

If Republicans can crash the world economy to stop progressive legislation, let them. Democrats certainly have the votes to beat the filibuster once that happens then at that moment pass both infrastructure bills, voting rights bills, medicare for all, abortion rights, gerrymandering and immigration reform and expand SCOTUS at the same time. Once that is all done, then take the debt ceiling debate out of the hands of Congress altogether and give it to the executive branch.

Fuck them, it’s just money. I am sick of their shit.

Hey Arizona, run Jeff Flake as an independent against Sinema

And I bet he will win. In fact I would contribute to his campaign. I know that most politicians sell out but I don’t know one that has so blatantly sold out and done so much damage to democracy than your Senator Kristin Sinema.

Will Texas continue to overlook China's abortion mandate?

Will Texas suspend trading relations with China since China has a two child maximum limit?
Texas Boast of a $333 million import total for 2019, and announces several other ventures in progress with The same country that Republicans live to insult as the communist devil that attack our country with a virus.
Now that the state leadership has found the lord on the abortion issue, will they change their priorities or will they remain hypocritical?

If Planned Parenthood had just followed the NRA business model

Women’s choice would stand forever if Planned Parenthood had just solicited a monthly fee from each woman in her child bearing years, hired the strongest lobbying firm on K Street and spent $50 million in donations to Republican candidates so that they could make a woman’s right to choose part of their individual responsibility and freedom of choice.
Republican don’t love guns, they don’t care about freedoms and liberty, each of them were vaccinated but won’t advocate the public get it, they will tell you to inject horse paste because the manufacturer gave them a donation. Republicans love money, beyond that everything is disposable.
You want freedom and Liberty in this new society? Get out that debit card and donate. How else did you think fascism worked?

Texas- so is each miscarriage a potential homicide investigation?

Will there be murder charges filed against the mother or will the rich white men of Texas just be happy collecting $10k?
If a woman can’t pay $10k?
Will Texas allow the bounty hunters to remain anonymous to the woman?
Won’t the bounty hunters be invading privacy rights?
If the woman has the procedure out of state, does the bounty still apply?

Sure seems like it opens up a Pandora’s box of violations against a woman’s civil rights.
