By 4:30 p.m., D.C. police had arrested 13 people in relation to the rallies, according to Acting MPD Chief Robert Contee. At 7:30 p.m., nearly an hour and a half into the District-wide curfew, a crowd dozens strong remained on Pennsylvania Ave. Hundreds of law enforcement officers, some who appeared to be members of the National Guard and FBI, began encircling the crowd.

As law enforcement officers let people exit the kettle, one man shouted: “Fucking pig cocksuckers, we’re coming back with rifles next time.”

That's what happened in Portland a few months ago when no one but the right-wing and the cops showed up and what was supposed to be a 3-hour 'rally' broke up after an hour. With no one to fight, they found they had nothing to say.
